Gmail AI Automation

An automation built in n8n for a chain of barbershops in New Zealand. The automation uses Mistral AI to process incoming emails to detect failed bookings and alert customers via email, saving time and improving customer service. This has eliminated awkward situations where customers would arrive at the shop only to find their booking had failed.
